Elizabeth's Work
Ever since Elizabeth was a little girl, she always wanted to write stories.
After growing up, she attended college where she earned a BA in communication. After spending a diverse career in sales, project management, grant-writing, and teaching, she was inspired to write her first children's book, A Last Song, which is based on a true story. Although, the hospice subject is not in a typical children's book,
she felt there was a need to share the story with children having
to understand the difficult process of losing a loved one.
Elizabeth's Community
Elizabeth had a lot influences to inspire her to write A Last Song as listed on her dedication page in the book, including her bird, Coco. This book was written in 2016, but with the encouragement of many, it has been brought to the fruition of being published in 2022.
